Carlotta Apartments

This modern apartment is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All apartments are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

You will be asked to pay the following charges at the hotel:

• City Tax: 7.5%, , per room, per night

  The guest is obligated to adhere to the following house rules:

  No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the rental property, including balconies. If the smell of smoke is detected in the rooms or if there is a violation of the smoking ban, a cleaning fee of €500 will be charged.

  No Pets Allowed: Bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a fine of €500 will be imposed, and the pets must be removed immediately.

  Cleanliness: The apartment is cleaned by staff once a week. Additional cleanings are available for an extra fee. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and tidy, disposing of trash in designated containers, and washing the dishes. In case of significant dirtiness, the landlord reserves the right to impose an additional cleaning fee or terminate the lease agreement.

  Use of the Range Hood: When cooking in the apartment, you are required to use the provided range hood and ventilate appropriately. If any odor lingers in the apartment, the landlord reserves the right to deduct the resulting damage from the security deposit. The landlord is entitled to retain the entire security deposit to cover the costs associated with the odor. In case of strong odor, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement.

  Liability for Damages: You are liable for any damages caused during your stay in the apartment. Please inform us immediately of any damages that occur during your stay.

  Visitor Permission: Visitors are only allowed to enter the apartment with prior written approval. Please note that additional overnight guests are not permitted.

  Consideration for Neighbors and Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making noise. The quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 must be strictly observed. Violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to €500.

  Safety: When leaving the apartment, all windows and doors must be properly closed. Additionally, ensure that the stove is turned off.
